RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Queens Tease Who They Might Impersonate for Snatch Game
RuPaul’s Drag Race UK has finally let the kitty-cat out of the bag by announcing its line-up of queens. But the question we’re all gagging over remains, who will we see in the Snatch Game?
Ever since the BBC announced it would be bringing Drag Race to UK shores, fans have worked themselves into a frenzy guessing who might crop up on Snatch Game.
The general consensus is that the queens should choose celebrities who are as camp, as British and as low-rent as possible.
Gemma Collins, Nikki Grahame and Kim Woodburn appear at the top of many wish lists, but so far the BBC is keeping the real line-up tightly tucked away.
Lorraine Kelly, herself a dream choice for many, will play the Snatch Game along with journalist Stacey Dooley.
Kelly said that filming for the episode “was hilarious”, adding: “I had such good fun. I am in awe of every single one of the queens.”
After the BBC gave us our first glimpses at the 10 queens entering the werk room, we think we’ve figured out a few of the famous faces we’ll be seeing during the legendary challenge.
In her introductory video, the Vivienne said that her “favourite trick” is her vocal impersonations.
“I do everyone from Donald Trump to Kim Woodburn,” she said, before breaking into the latter’s dulcet Scouse tones.
Already, The Vivienne is being labelled this year’s Snatch Game winner, something we happily put money on, my dear.

Though Baga Chipz hails from London, she describes her comedy style as decidedly northern.
“Snatch Game is so important on RuPaul’s Drag Race,” she said, adding that she’d “probably do someone like Deirdre Barlow from Coronation Street”.
Speaking to Gay Times, Baga teased who she might play should Deirdre (played by the late Anne Kirkbride) not work out.
“I love Coronation Street, I like naff things, Martine McCutcheon, SuBo, Hear’Say, all that kind of stuff.”
