Harry Styles is back at it again, pausing his Love On Tour Wembley concert to help a fan come out as gay.

Styles finally brought his Love on Tour show to London for two nights, on 18 and 19 July, after years of COVID-19 delays.

When he first took the show across the US, back in 2021, Styles earned a reputation for pausing his set to help fans come out as queer, birthing the immortal phrase: “Lisa, she’s gay!”

Harry Styles did it again at Wembley, stopping the show after he noticed a sign among the 90,000 fans in the stadium.

The fan – Matteo from Italy – raised a sign reading: “From Ono to Wembley: Help me come out.”

“So you’d like the people of Wembley to bring you out?” Styles asked, grabbing a Pride flag from the stage.

“When this flag goes above my head, you are officially out.”

The former-One Direction star then used his showmanship to tease the raising of the flag to a drum-roll, eventually lifting it to the roar of the crowd.

“You’re a free man,” the singer yelled, throwing the flag into the crowd to rapturous applause.

The gesture from Harry Styles – who has a longstanding and vibrant relationship with the LGBTQ+ community – was felt far and wide.

“The first rule of Pride Month is that you’re straight until [Harry Styles] says you’re not,” the BBC Radio 1 Official Charts Twitter page said, with replies such as “this was wholesome to watch and be part of” and “what a man.”

The clip was shared across social media, with one user posting a video, saying: “Harry Styles helping a fan come out tonight at Wembley.” Comments praised the singer, saying “this made me so happy” and that he was “iconic.”

Styles helped a fan come out to her mother during a show in Milwaukee last year after she held up a sign that similarly read “help me come out.”

At first, the “As It Was” singer held out a microphone for her, but the girl insisted that Styles make the announcement for her as there were “a lot of people” at the concert.

He then yelled out “Lisa, she’s gay!”
