RuPaul’s Drag Race season 14 finalists are touring across the UK in 2022: tickets, dates and more

RuPaul's Drag Race season 14 finalists are heading to the UK for a huge tour.

The cast of RuPaul’s Drag Race season 14 are touring across the UK in 2022 – and tickets go on sale soon.

Willow Pill, Bosco, Lady Camden, Angeria and Daya Betty will tour across the UK for the first time, with eight shows planned.

Entitled the Fantastic Five of 14 Tour, the show will debut in Manchester on 4 October and visit the likes of Edinburgh, Leeds, Bristol and London.

Fans can get their hands on tickets for the tour from 10am on 15 April at Ticketmaster.

The live show will see the fivesome “sashay their way across the country for a night like no other in search of RuPaul’s Drag Gods”.

They’ll fight for the ultimate prize for a queen, to win Ru’s crowning prize of the “Golden Chocolate Bar” on each night of the tour.

It’ll take place after one of the five is crowned America’s Next Drag Superstar on the season 14 finale, which airs on 22 April.

The finalists will battle it out in an epic lip sync for the crown at Flamingo Showroom, the home to RuPaul’s Drag Race Live show in Las Vegas.

This season will also mark the show’s highest-ever cash prize, with $150,000 up for grabs, while the runner-up will sashay away with $50,000.

In March Willow Pill came out as trans in an emotional social media post, confirming that they now go as Willow both in and out of drag, using she/they pronouns.

They explained that it has taken “a long time” to come to terms with their gender identity due to their chronic illness and that they are still “not sure where they fit on the gender spectrum”.

Willow added that being on Drag Race series 14 has five trans contestants, the most in the show’s history – made them feel “euphoria” after the COVID-19 pandemic.

They said: “Much of that (exploration of their gender) is due to being on Drag Race and feeling euphoria being Willow for the first time since quarantine and being around a bunch of queer and trans friends on set.”

Fellow finalist and tour co-star Bosco came out as trans in February, thanking her “heaven-sent boyfriend” and stating that she’s in a “place where I’m surrounded by love and support”.

“I’m trans, my pronouns out of drag are she/they. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been,” she said on Twitter.
