Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood is heading out on his debut solo UK tour.

The All Balls and Glitter Tour will see the judge take his autobiographical show to venues across the country this spring.

The show will see him talk about his life, from Australia to the West End to Strictly, as he reveals backstage gossip.

Fans can expect his trademark wit and candour, as well as a special performance of the music that has been the soundtrack to his career.

It will kick off on 22 March in Eastleigh, visiting venues in Leeds, Birmingham, Hull, Blackpool, Birmingham and London.

Last year the Strictly Come Dancing judge said it’s time for the show to become more inclusive by featuring trans contestants.

Speaking to Bobby Norris on Fubar Radio’s Access All Areas about the future of Strictly, he stated: “We could go down the transgender route. I think dance is a platform for anybody no matter who you are or where you’re from.”

Revel Horwood made the call after the BBC series finally featured same-sex competitors during the past two seasons of the hit show.

“Humans have been dancing since the cavemen were dancing around fires for fertility and rain. We’re social, we like dancing, we like celebrating and I think it’s time to do that,” he added.
