Britney Spears celebrated after her dad was suspended from her conservatorship with a liberating nude photoshoot.

On Wednesday (29 September), judge Brenda Perry suspended Jamie Spears as Britney’s conservator, effective immediately. She declared that the “current situation” was “untenable” and reflected a “toxic environment” that required him to step down.

Needless to say, Britney celebrating. She took to Instagram on Thursday (30 September) to share a series of jubilant posts while on a tropical getaway, including several shots of herself posing naked with strategically placed pink flower emojis.

“Playing in the Pacific never hurt anybody,” Britney said in the caption.

Britney’s fiance, Sam Asghari, commented: “#Freethenipple”

Paris Hilton wrote that she loved seeing Britney “so happy and free”, adding: “You deserve it.”

One fan wrote that they were inspired after Britney “used her first day of non-Jamie conservatorship to pose nudes”.

Britney also shared a video of her enjoying an infinity pool overlooking a beach, set to “Cream” by Prince and the New Power Generation. The video then cut to a clip of Britney and Asghari riding in a boat before showing Britney rolling around in the beautiful turquoise water wearing just a red bikini bottom.

“A beautiful day here in paradise celebrating,” she wrote.

The decision to suspend Jamie Spears from his role as conservator came weeks after he filed to end the conservatorship, a move that shocked the world and which Britney’s lawyers said would allow him to evade accountability.

Britney’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, said in a court filing there was “overwhelming evidence” demonstrating why Jamie should be suspended from the conservatorship. He included references to a New York Times documentary that claimed Jamie bugged his daughter’s bedroom and also to Britney’s “powerful and poignant” court testimony in June.

Britney’s first post on Instagram after her latest legal victory showed her flying a propeller plane for the first time. She wrote in the caption that she was “on cloud nine right now”.
