Real Housewives of New York City alum Bethenny Frankel has egged on her critics to “cancel” her after she went on a “transphobic” podcast rant.

The 50-year-old Bravo star took aim at the school her daughter, 11-year-old Brynn, attends for sitting down with parents and guardians to discuss pronouns.

On a 23 September episode of Just B with Bethenny Frankel, Frankel got fired up and falsely conflated gender identity, sexuality and anatomy as she railed against a “person with a penis” who attended an “all-girls camp” with Brynn.

In response to scratching criticism about her unhinged rant, she brazenly tweeted Monday (27 September): “Nominate me for cancellation.

“There are, like, five others before you, so take a number.”

When one of her detractors called her “wrong”, she hit back: “Listen to the podcast. Then comment. I was absolutely not wrong.

“And I’m going to discuss this again this week. Thankfully, I have a platform to clarify what the media loves to distort.

“I’m not afraid of cancellation,” she added, “so not afraid of charged discussions.”

“People have been afraid to have real conversations. If you didn’t read your script before speaking, people get so excited.”

“Come at me,” she added. “I’m here.”

Real Housewives star Bethenny Frankel compares being trans to ‘a lesbian phase in college’

The Skinny Girl CEO fielded fierce criticism this week after she shared her thoughts on a camp experience of Brynn, whom she shares with ex-husband Jason Hoppy.

At the camp, Frankel claimed “a person with a penis, who identifies as being a girl, went to the camp and was in the bunk with the girls”.

“And the girls saw her — because it’s her because it’s a male anatomy but identifying as a woman — so the other girls saw a penis.

“They’re nine, 10 years old, so the parents obviously weren’t that happy,” she said, adding that she had heard: “This girl with a penis was making out with a lot of different girls at the camp.”

And seemingly hitting the anti-trans bingo card, she rattled off about children not being “ready to make a decision” and comparing being trans to “a lesbian phase” a college student has for “attention”.

“Maybe a mother isn’t ready for her child to see her a penis in a bunk and understand that child identifies as a girl.”

On Twitter, users slammed the actor for her ignorant and “unacceptable” comments.
