Rihanna fans demand James Corden ‘stay away from her’ after they team up for Savage x Fenty show

Rihanna is teaming up with James Corden ahead of the release of Savage x Fenty Vol. 3.

Rihanna is teaming up with James Corden ahead of the Savage x Fenty Vol. 3 fashion show and some fans are divided – to say the least.

The latest Savage x Fenty show is dropping on 24 September and will feature LGBT+ stars Gottmik, Symone, Troye Sivan, Ricky Martin, Jeremy Pope and Leiomy Maldonado.

This week, the official Twitter account for The Late Late Show said that Corden has a “new gig” as Rihanna’s “personal assistant at her Savage x Fenty Vol. 3” show in Los Angeles.

Fans can see what the pair got up to behind-the-scenes on his show, which airs 23 September – a day before the release of the fashion show on Prime Video.

But some fans aren’t happy that Corden – who manages to star in every musical, ever – is now teaming up with Rihanna.

A number of fans replied to the post writing the classic line “stay away from her, get a job” while another posted a meme that read “stop casting James Corden in everything.”

Other funny comments included, “we will never be free from this man” and “what kind of deal with the devil did James Corden make”.

One fan referenced the ultimate momager, joking: “I used to think Kris Jenner worked hard, but James Corden’s agent works harder.”

However, some fans were pleased that the Savage x Fenty show will be getting some big coverage on The Late Late Show, with one writing, “she’s doing PROMO promo this year for the show I see”.

And others were asking Corden to do a carpool karaoke segment with the singer, as the Navy have been starved of music content from Rihanna.
