Former child star Aaron Carter has shared his “love” for performing on OnlyFans ahead of his appearance in a queer, naked stage production.

The 33-year-old will be starring in an upcoming Las Vegas production of Naked Boys Singing, according to Variety. The 60-minute musical revue first premiered as an off-Broadway production in 1999, and it features an all-male cast perform songs about queer life while nude.

The bisexual entertainer, who is the younger brother of Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter, told Variety that he isn’t uncomfortable with taking his clothes off. Carter shared that he has been an “OnlyFans model” a bit over a year, and he has loved the experience thus far.

“I love doing OnlyFans,” Carter said. “I’ve been an OnlyFans model for over a year now, and people are very uplifting.”

He added that he thinks the “naked body is a beautiful thing”, and the support he has gotten from his community on OnlyFans has made him feel “attractive”. The “I Want Candy” singer said he loves the platform so much that he’s not even in it for “the money”.

“I love that social media platform [OnlyFans] more than any other platform,” he told Variety. “It’s not about the money. It’s about the fans.”

Last year, Aaron Carter was embroiled in a vicious feud with the online artist community after he used a young artist’s copyrighted work to promote his range of $100 hoodies. When confronted, Carter refused to apologise and lashed out at the artist, saying: “Guess I’ll see you in small claims court F**KERY.”

Besides performing on the queer naked stage show and OnlyFans, Carter recently started a cannabis business, according to The Cut. In March, he and his fiancée, Melanie Martin, announced on Instagram that they are expecting a baby.

Aaron Carter’s debut on Naked Boys will take place on 8 September at the Jewel Box Theatre in Las Vegas.
