Kid Rock filmed hurling vile homophobic slurs at fans during gig

Rapper Kid Rock was caught on camera lobbing a homophobic slur during a performance at a bar in Tennesee, US.

The combative musician, who’s known offstage as Robert Ritchie, mounted an expletive-laced tirade against fans who used their mobile phones to record his set on Saturday (5 June).

According to TMZ, which also published the fan-filmed footage, Kid Rock performed at the FishLipz Bar & Grill in Smithville when, upon spying the patrons recording him on iPhones, screamed: “You f***ing f****ts!”

“F**k your iPhone, yeah,” he added, throwing his middle finger up in the air.

“Post this, post this,” the “All Summer Long” singer chanted while gesturing towards his crotch. “You can post this d**k right here.”

“You fucking f*****s with your phones,” the 50-year-old blurted, before the footage cut off.

TMZ claimed that security had previously told bar-goers to put away their mobile phones, but simply shrugged it off. So an incensed Kid Rock addressed the audience members himself.

Kid Rock has a long track record when it comes to foul-mouthed and aggressive tirades, having previously been filmed by startled onlookers lashing out against Oprah Winfrey in 2019.

“F**k Oprah,” he fumed at his Nashville bar, Kid Rock’s Big A** Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse.

“Oprah Winfrey is like: ‘Hey, I just want white women to believe in this s***’. F**k her,” he added, “[she] can suck a d**k sideways”.

As he was escorted off stage to boos, Kid Rock said fans calling him racist should “f**k off” and added: “I’m not a bad guy, I’m just an honest guy, saying I don’t like Oprah Winfrey.”

In 2017 Kid Rock launched a long-rumoured bid for the US Senate. He of course took aim at the LGBT+ community.

Emboldened by Donald Trump’s 2016 victory, the outspoken Republican said: “And why these days is everything so gay? Gay rights. Transgender this and that.

“I say let gay folks get married if they want and I’m not even close to a death trap.

“But things shouldn’t be this complicated. And, no, you don’t get to choose, because whatever you have between your legs should determine the bathroom that you use.”
