Viva Glam is the popular Mac Cosmetics lipstick range that gives back all year – not just during Pride Month.

The lipstick collection was launched by Mac Cosmetics in the 90s to raise vital funds to support people living with HIV and AIDS worldwide.

The Viva Glam products are available year-round from maccosmetics.com or maccosmetics.co.uk.

The collection sees 100 per cent of sales donated to non-profit organisations that support the health, rights and equality of all ages, races and genders.

Mac Cosmetics say they are, “committed to supporting diverse organisations around the world who help women, girls, and the LBGTQIA+ communities whilst maintaining its decades-long support for those living with HIV/AIDS.”

If you’re wondering what Viva Glam products you can currently get then there are three to choose from.

The collection includes Viva Glam I and III which are both matte lipsticks and Viva Glam II which is a cream lipstick.

They’re priced at $19 or £17.50 each and are available from Mac Cosmetics US website or Mac Cosmetics UK website.

The brand also regularly releases limited edition products, from throwbacks to earlier campaigns to new lipsticks celebrating Viva Glam’s anniversaries.

Over the years there’s been some famous faces fronting the Viva Glam campaigns, including RuPaul who was the very first ambassador.

In 1994 the supermodel of the world donned a pair of shiny red leather boots and a corset to create some now-iconic pictures to launch Viva Glam.

Other stars who have appeared in campaigns include Elton John, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus and Ricky Martin and more recently the likes of Drag Race winner Aquaria and Troye Sivan.

The brand says that since the 90s debut every Viva Glam campaign will “always retain at its core that same spirit of irreverence, outrageous style and irrepressible love of life.”

Since its launch the Viva Glam products have raised more than $500 million and funded more than 1,800 organisations around the globe.

To shop all of the Viva Glam products head to maccosmetics.com or maccosmetics.co.uk.
