Crystal Head Vodka, which was founded by actor Dan Aykroyd, says “the striking rainbow-coloured skull bottles celebrate diversity and equality.”

It follows up previous releases including an all-black bottle and a crystal design, with the brand saying this one embodies ‘the creative spirit of’ the brand.”

The rainbow skull bottle itself contains the original, ultra-premium Crystal Head Vodka crafted from Canadian corn.

It is described as featuring “a citrus and vanilla aroma, silky smooth and creamy texture, a hint of sweetness and vanilla and a soft, warming finish.”

After posting the Pride campaign on social media they received a positive response, with one person saying: “Can’t wait to add a few of these to the collection!”

Another added, “Beautiful bottle with a great message!”, while lots of comments featured rainbow emojis and “Happy Pride” messages.

The rainbow skull is available in two sizes including 1.75L or 700ml bottles with prices ranging from £59-£140.

Crystal Head Vodka has confirmed that a contribution from each bottle sold will be donated to Kaleidoscope Trust, the UK-based human rights organisation focused on defending LGBT+ rights across the Commonwealth.

To purchase the bottle head to selfridges.com or selfridges.com/GB.

It follows up the release of another limited edition Pride vodka from Stoli, who teamed up with The Harvey Milk Foundation for the release.

The bottle features a design picturing Milk and one of his famous quotes “Hope Will Never Be Silent” with proceeds going to the Foundation.
