Reality TV star and rapper DreamDoll has come out as bisexual in a gorgeous, colourful Pride Month post on social media.

The rapper, who also appeared on reality TV shows Love & Hip Hop and Bad Girls Club, kicked off Pride Month with a beautiful picture of herself astride a rainbow coloured zebra posted Tuesday (1 June) on Instagram. DreamDoll wished everyone a happy Pride month alongside a rainbow and LGBT+ Pride flag.

The “Ah Ah Ah” rapper then added: “I’m proud to announce that I’m bisexual‘”

The post has quickly garnered over 298,000 likes and thousands also left comments sharing their joy for the rapper. Musician DonMonique commented “Dream” with two smiling faces with heart-eyes emojis.

“Sis we already knew,” rapper Dreezy commented with a crying laughing emoji.

All Eyez on Me star Erica Pinkett wrote: “I love your transparency.”

In a series of follow-up posts on Twitter, DreamDoll described the mixed response she has gotten from fans since coming out. She said she has been “getting so much love and comfort” in her social media direct messages.

“I love it here,” she wrote.

But the “Who You Loving” rapper also said there were many “ignorant” men who had also slid into her inbox since coming out. DreamDoll said: “Some Guys are so ignorant just because a woman is bisexual don’t equal 3 sums nor does that mean she want to share her girl with y’all crust a***s tf !!!!”

In a 2018 interview on the YouTube channel DJ Smallz Eyez 2, DreamDoll said that she was attracted to men “for the most part”. She said she didn’t identify as bisexual at the time, but she admitted that she loves “bad b****es and beautiful women and big butts and beautiful faces”.

The interviewer again asked if DreamDoll would say she is bisexual, and DreamDoll said she didn’t think she was at the time.

“I’m not bisexual,” she said. “I like beautiful women. Like you know, beautiful women like me. I love beautiful women. I like bad b*****s period.”
