Skagen has confirmed that it will donate a minimum of $25,000 to InterPride, to help continue their mission of promoting Pride on an international level.

The two watches are new designs of Skagen’s bestselling Aaaren watch and feature straps and watch faces with the colours of the rainbow and trans flags.

They both have an interchangeable 20mm strap – so you can mix and match – and its numbers are also in the Pride colours, while the watches will be delivered in a rainbow box.

The watches are available worldwide, with the brand noting its Danish heritage, saying: “Skagen looks to Denmark as a progressive place of landmark firsts when it comes to inclusivity.

“In 1933, it was the first country to legalise same-sex partnerships, and then the first country to recognise same-sex unions legally in 1989.

“And the first successful gender reassignment surgery took place in Copenhagen in 1952.

“We’re proud that our Danish heritage reflects a culture of acceptance for all members of the LGBTQI+ community.”

Recently another watch brand, Fossil, released its Pride collection for 2021 which features 10 different straps including the inclusive rainbow flag and the trans flag designs as well as block colours inspired by the Pride flag.

Customers can buy the full watch or just the straps to add to their existing watch, with the proceeds going to The Trevor Project.
