Fenty Beauty is releasing Butta Drop, its first-ever full body moisturiser, and it’s as indulgent as you might expect.

It’s part of the Fenty Skin range and marks the brand’s first all-over body care product.

The Butta Drop is a whipped oil body cream stacked with tropical oils, butters and extracts to keep your skin hydrated throughout the day.

It’s priced at £28/$39 and is now available from the Fenty Beauty website, Harvey Nichols and Boots.

Talking about the product Rihanna says: “Butta Drop glides onto your body so effortlessly. It’s my favourite self-care moment because it’s so pampering, so uplifting, so indulgent and so easy.

“I wanted skin to look vibrant and healthy and feel hydrated and nourished at the same time.”

Butta Drop should be applied once a day and is said to have “instant and long-term benefits that you simply can’t find anywhere else”, according to Fenty Beauty.

The Fenty Skin range launched in 2020 and has since offered facial products including Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer, Fat Water Pore-Refining Toner Serum and Total Cleans’r Remove-It-All face wash.

This move into body cream is likely to be popular among fans of the brand as it’s suitable for all skin types, genders and is vegan and gluten-free.

It’s made with seven luxurious oils to nourish skin, shea butter to condition and repair the moisture barrier, mango butter to restore suppleness and glycerin for lasting hydration.

Plus it’s refillable to save on package waste, so once you’re done with the tub just pop out the inner ring and top it up with more Butta Drop.

Fenty Beauty is also releasing the Bright Fix Eye Brightener, an eye concealer on 7 May. It’s available in 16 shades and is said to instantly hydrate and brighten with a light coverage.
