Uniqlo UK and designer JW Anderson have teamed up for a summery and affordable collection.

The fashion brand has collaborated with Uniqlo for a spring/summer 2021 collection that features floral embroidery, simple silhouettes and breezy cotton pieces for the upcoming warmer months.

It will launch in selected stores and online via the Uniqlo website from 22 April, bringing the fashion brand to the high street with affordable prices.

The collection starts from as little as £3.90 for cute ribbed and striped socks, going up to £59.90 for a linen smock dress that’s available in navy and off-white.

Some highlights from the collab include the Belted Sleeveless Lapel Dress in olive for £49.90, a Striped Oversized Grandad Collar Shirt for £34.90 and a Grandad Collar Sleeveless Shirt in orange for £39.90.

There’s also a matching Twill Work Shirt and Pleated Chino Shorts, both in beige for £34.90 and £29.90 as well as a Flower Embroidered Crew Neck T-Shirt for £19.90.

The collaboration also features a denim-style cotton cap and bucket hat, striped linen shorts, a JW Anderson tote bag, polo shirts and short sleeved dresses.

All of the items available have earthy, spring tones and are perfect for mix and matching throughout the spring/summer season.

JW Anderson is the fashion label founded by Irish designer Jonathan Anderson, which has previously collaborated with Uniqlo on a winter collection and won both the men’s and women’s brand of the year at The Fashion Awards.

This collaboration follows up Uniqlo’s release of a collection of Troye Sivan t-shirts inspired by the singer’s recent EP In a Dream, earlier this year.

Previous releases have included Minecraft, Godzilla, Keith Haring, cartoon dog Peanuts and Mickey Mouse-inspired lines.
