Lil Nas X takes no prisoners shutting down Republicans who can’t handle his epic new video
Lil Nas X had the best response after Trump-supporting writer Nick Adams called him a “clown” on Twitter.
In the music video, Lil Nas X gives Satan a lap dance, has a make-out session with a snake-bodied alien with three eyes and pole dances his way to hell.
Needless to say, conservatives are furious. Nick Adams, an author and occasional Fox News commentator who has been endorsed by Donald Trump, hit out at both the rapper and Cardi B on Twitter late Sunday night (29 March), claiming both artists couldn’t last 30 seconds in a debate with conservative commentator Candace Owens.
Lil Nas X shared Adams’ tweet, adding: “u can’t last 30 seconds in bed with your wife.”

But Lil Nas X wasn’t prepared to stop there. When rapper Joyner Lucas hit out at him for the music video, suggesting it was inappropriate because he counts children among his fans, the “Old Town Road” singer had the perfect response.
“I literally sing about lean & adultery in old town road. U decided to let your child listen. Blame yourself,” he wrote.

He also epically shut down Kaitlin Bennett, a conspiracy theorist and “gun rights activist”. When Bennett tweeted that she’s “thankful” to be blocked by Lil Nas X, he replied: “I still see ur tweets s**tty pants.”
Lil Nas X has been keeping busy since he dropped the music video on Friday. He is also releasing unofficial Satan-themed Nike shoes, with each pair including a drop of real human blood.
The shoes – which have not been endorsed by Nike – are a collaboration between the rapper and New York art collective MSCHF. They reference a Bible passage that reads: “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.”
Unsurprisingly, the shoes have riled up conservatives. When South Dakota governor Kristi Noem hit out at Lil Nax X for releasing the shoes, he replied: “Ur a whole governor and u on here tweeting about some damn shoes. Do ur job!”

He later responded to the controversy surrounding the shoes in a YouTube video titled “Lil Nas X Apologizes for Satan Shoe”.
“OK guys, I see everybody’s been talking about this shoe and I just want to come forward and say –” the rapper says in the video, which then cuts to a clip of himself giving Satan a lap dance in the “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” music video.
