Teenage Jeffrey Dahmer fanatic ‘mutilated victims to keep body parts as trophies and food’

Louisiana teen Chance Seneca was charged Thursday (18 March) with federal hate crime and kidnapping charges for reportedly abducting and dismembering queer men.
Prosecutors indicted Seneca, of Lafayette, for what the Justice Department described as “an overarching scheme to kidnap and murder” men.
He intended, the indictment alleges, to keep parts of one victim’s body as “mementoes, trophies and food”.
The 19-year-old is accused of abducting two men he lured on dating app Grindr in June 2020. In one of the horrifying attacks, the victim was left “without use” of his hands after Seneca allegedly tried to “saw” his wrists.
“I was saying my final words to myself,” the victim, 18-year-old Holden White, told police after he woke up in a bathtub full of blood. He requires round-the-clock care as a result of the incident.
In his efforts to cover up his alleged crimes, Seneca deleted his messages to his victims, the indictment claims. He also “possessed a firearm in furtherance of the hate crime”, it adds.
According to a newly released affidavit filed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Associated Press reported, police found Holden in a bathtub, his “wrists slit to the bone” and strangulation marks on his neck.
The information in the affidavit, filed by an agent in August 2020, drew from information White gave law enforcement and the FBI.
In earlier conversations with the press, White described how his date with Chance Seneca quickly slipped into disarray when the suspect left the room – only to return and strangle White with a cord.
Blacking out, White woke up naked in a bathtub. He had suffered six stab wounds to the neck and a blow to the head.
Investigators were startled by one chilling detail: Seneca was found to have a photograph of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer as his Facebook profile picture.
The maximum punishment Seneca faces for the charges include life imprisonment.
“The statutory maximum for the attempted kidnapping and obstruction offences is 20 years,” it adds. “The statutory minimum for the gun charge is five years.”
