All of the exciting, upcoming PS5 games heading to the console this spring
Since its release last year, the PS5 has become one of the most talked-about and sought-after consoles to ever exist. If you can get your hands on one, that is.
Assuming you’ve been lucky enough to bag one of the coveted machines, here’s a list of the most anticipated games that are on the way in the next couple of months.
Yakuza 7: Like A Dragon – 2 March – preorder here
Yakuza 7 introduces a new protagonist named Ichiban Kasuga who was imprisoned for 18 years only to then be betrayed by his former boss. He goes on a quest to become a hero, and it should be a wild ride.
Maquette – 2 March
This puzzle-adventure video game is developed by Graceful Decay and published by Annapurna Interactive. It takes place in a world where every action you take on a table comes to life outside.
Sir Lovelot – 3 March
Sir Lovelot is on a quest to find the love of his life, and this wacky platformer sees players try to impress various damsels on his behalf.
Monster Truck Championship (EU) – 11 March
The first-ever Monster Truck simulation sees player going head-to-head against experienced drivers from Las Vegas to Orlando.
Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time – 12 March
Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time is the eighth main instalment in the Crash Bandicoot series and acts as a sequel to the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy.

This 2019 first-person shooter video game developed by Teyon is based on the Terminator franchise and is set during the original future war depicted in the films The Terminator and Terminator 2.
Yonder The Cloud Catcher Chronicles – TBC April – preorder here
This pleasant open-world adventure game allows you to explore Gemea, a natural island paradise with eight distinct environments ranging from tropical beaches to snow-capped summits.
Resident Evil Village – 7 May – preorder here
Resident Evil Village is an upcoming survival horror game developed and published by Capcom: the tenth major installment in the Resident Evil series.
Hood: Outlaws & Legends – 10 May
Move over Men In Tights, Hood: Outlaws & Legends is set in a violent medieval world where rival gangs take part in intense PvPvE multiplayer heists marked by brutal combat.
Mass Effect: Legendary Edition – 14 May – preorder here
This is an upcoming compilation of the video games in the original Mass Effect trilogy: namely Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3. It is being developed by BioWare.
Subnautica: Below Zero – 14 May
This game sees players dive into a freezing underwater adventure on an alien planet. Will you survive?
