An amazing Keith Haring clothing collection featuring his Mickey Mouse design has been released by Coach.

The special edition collaboration from the brand features Haring’s playful illustration and interpretation of Disney’s iconic Mickey Mouse.

It features everything from coin purses, backpacks, bum bags and bandanas to a ready-to-wear collection with leather jackets, sweaters and hoodies.

The line was released in select stores in the US last month but now shoppers worldwide can get the collection online.

Prices start at £60 and go up to a staggering £1,700 for a shearling jacket! But hey, sometimes it’s nice to just window shop…

If you want something from the collection that’s at the lower end of the price scale then you can get a cute Mickey Mouse coin case for £60, black and white Mickey sliders for £70 or a choice of three bandanas with some cool designs, including Mickey being abducted by aliens, for £75.

The higher end of the price bracket features the ready-to-wear pieces, including a puffer jacket in the instantly recognisable red, yellow and black colours for £695, while a black and white leather jacket is priced at £1,250.

There’s also some more low-key pieces including a crewneck sweater and hoodie priced at £195 or £250 which feature Haring’s Mickey Mouse design embellished on the front.

Haring’s now iconic pop art designs were influenced by 1980s culture in New York and started out as graffiti on the walls of the city’s subway. After gaining public recognition he created large scale works that addressed issues including Apartheid, the crack cocaine epidemic and most famously the AIDS crisis.

Some of his most famous works include chalk outlines of figures holding up a heart, dancing and linking as well as up-close faces with three eyes, with the majority of his pieces being untitled and they’re still as influential today as they were in the 80s.

This marks the second brand this year to release a Keith Haring collection following a Dr Martens collaboration with the artist’s foundation.

Fans of Dr Martens and Haring could get their hands on reimagined versions of the classic boot and shoe featuring design’s by the artist. They proved pretty popular with a white version of the 1461 leather shoes featuring his interlocking figures design selling out in hours.
