Emmerdale brothers turned off-screen couple Max Parker and Kris Mochrie have moved in together in central Manchester, England, reports say.

Parker and Mochrie, who played on-screen siblings Luke and Lee Posner on the British ITV soap, have moved into a plush £8,000 per-month penthouse in the northwest city, taking to Instagram to share glimpses of the new pad.

“Just a subtle hallway table,” wrote Parker, showing a Tom Ford sidetable decorated with plants and a candle, adding: “New home.” The story was reshared by Mochrie, The Sun reported, who later snapped a photo of the apartment’s views.

Max Parker and Kris Mochrie move into plush pad after months of dating

“A little lockdown video to make you smile,” he captioned the clip. “Insta vs Reality (my rear light fell off).”

A source told the paper: “As first homes go, this is a doozy. Max and Kris are proud and excited to start the next phase of their relationship in style.

“Moving to Manchester works well for them as it’s a central point between Leeds, where Max films Emmerdale, and London, where Kris does a lot of consultancy work.

“Plus, it’s close to Kris’ native Liverpool. It’s a long way from the rural village life of Emmerdale, but they’ve worked hard for what they’ve got.”

The complex is packed with luxuries, the outlet said, ranging from a private pool and gym to a roof garden and dining room. Moving into the flat came after the pair began dating in July.

They even uploaded an adorable video of themselves doing a dance “inspired by [Strictly Come Dancing]”.

The handsome hunks met while shooting together earlier this year, with rumours sparking that they were dating in the summer.

Opening up about their relationship in August, Mochrie said the pair hit it off while working together and even enjoyed a holiday to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

Mochrie, 34, said: “It’s great to meet someone through work and have so many things in common and an understanding of each other’s jobs.

“We didn’t actually share any scenes together on Emmerdale but kept in touch after I left.

“I don’t want to jinx things. We are seeing how we get on. We had a great time on holiday in Dubai. Let’s see how it goes.”

“Growing up in Liverpool I wrongly assumed that being gay was stripping every ounce of masculinity you had,” Mochrie added.
