Rapper J Hus accused of blatant homophobia after passionately declaring ‘stop forcing LGBT onto us’

London rapper J Hus is facing anger after attacking people for “forcing LGBT.”
The controversial ‘Did You See’ rapper opted to hit out at LGBT+ people in a Twitter rant on Monday.
He wrote: “STOP FORCING LGBT ONTO US.
“Live your life I don’t care but don’t force it onto me especially when you don’t wanna recognise these black struggle.”
He added: “Fuck this world. We have to make our own world.”
The tweet has 3,900 likes.
Queer people of colour call out J Hus over outburst
The comment ignited an immediate backlash from queer people of colour.
Out rapper MNEK wrote: “ok so are you saying that LGBT people are exclusively white? that there’s no such thing as intersectionality?
“that fans of your music who are both black and lgbt, myself included, don’t understand black struggle either? i just want to be clear.”

Rapper has a controversial history
The rapper has had a troubled legal history, serving multiple stints in prison for carrying a knife and violent disorder.
He was dropped from the lineups of the TRNSMT and Wireless festivals in 2018 after he was again arrested for carrying a knife in public at London’s Westfield Stratford shopping centre.
J Hus, who is signed to Sony Music’s Black Butter Records label, was most recently jailed in June 2018 and sentenced to eight months behind bars, being released in April 2019.
