Pete Buttigieg came face to face with Lizzo and told her emphatically he’s ‘100% that…’

Gay US presidential hopeful Pete Buttigieg met Lizzo on on CBS’s This Morning – and it turns out that Mayor Pete is a big fan.
Buttigieg, the gay mayor of South Bend, Indiana, was on the show to tease an upcoming segment – as, it turns out, was Lizzo.
Host Gayle King asked Buttigieg: “Mr Mayor, what are three words that would best describe you?”
“’Standing near Lizzo’ right now,” Buttigieg answered.
King asked Lizzo the same question, and she replied, “Glamorous, talented, and bootie-ful!”
King then asked Buttigieg whether he has “had any DNA tests recently?” Tis was a reference to Lizzo’s ‘Truth Hurts’, in which she sings, “I just took a DNA test, turns out I’m 100 per cent that bitch.”
Buttigieg replied: “Yes, and I’m 100 per cent that nominee to lead the way to the future!” Buttigieg joked.
“I got chills,” the ‘Cuz I love You’ singer responded.

In November, Lizzo arrived at the AMAs carrying the tiniest of tiny bags.
Her stratospheric rise from indie artist to Vogue magazine-covering, number-one-single-having, flawless and unbothered queen has been quite the sight to behold, but perhaps never more so than during Sunday’s AMAs.
The singer arrived at the star-studded ceremony wearing a ruffled orange one-shouldered town by Valentino and – inexplicably – a teeny, tiny white handbag.
Not much larger in size than one of her bedazzled fingernails, Lizzo held the bag between her fingers as she posed on the red carpet, leaving reporters wondered what on earth she could be carrying in it.
“Oh I’ve got tampons in here, a flask of tequila, condoms,” she joked according to Yahoo, explaining that hers was just one of three tiny Valentino bags in existence.
Later on, the singer took to Instagram to explain exactly what she’d been carrying around in the purse.
“@maisonvalentino bag big enough for my fucks to give,” she wrote.
Lizzo has been nominated for eight Grammy Awards this year, including best solo pop performance, song of the year and album of the year.
