Singer Adam Lambert has confirmed that his boyfriend is model Javi Costa Polo.

Lambert, who appeared on American Idol in 2009, posted three photos of him and his other half on Instagram on Tuesday (March 26), with the caption: “LUV U.”

Commenting on the post, Polo said: “I love you.”

After one fan asked if Lambert had finally made the relationship “official,” the 38-year-old singer reportedly responded: “Honey, we have been official for months.

Lambert has been touring with the surviving members of Queen since 2011.

The “Ghost Town” singer’s last public relationship, with TV personality Sauli Koskinen, ended in 2013.

In June 2018, Lambert opened up about his dating life in an interview with GSN, saying his busy schedule made it difficult for him to have long-term relationships.

“I haven’t been in a relationship for about five years. I’ve been working and traveling quite a bit so dating is temporary and transient,” he said.

“I’m a multi-dater for now. My inner romantic always hopes that I could meet someone and it would grow into something significant and monogamous.”

In February, Lambert opened up about his mental health struggles.

In a letter to fans on Thursday (February 21), Lambert said: “I love making and performing music, but there have been many times where I’ve had to compromise on my artistic vision, with executives making decisions based on money and not art.

“Don’t get me wrong—I’m VERY proud of my body of work. But I’m coming out of a dark period of second-guessing my own artistry and having my mental health suffer because of it.”

Lambert added that he pulled himself “out of the darkness… with a bit of professional help, and the support of colleagues, friends and family.”
