Queer Eye Season 3 Netflix release date revealed

Season 3 of the Emmy Award-winning Queer Eye will hit be released globally on March 15, Netflix has confirmed.

Netflix’s Queer Eye will see the Fab Five head to Kansas City, Missouri, where they will psychologically and physically transform the lives of a handful of people living there.

“The Emmy Award-winning Queer Eye returns ready to transform the stylistically challenged and into hip and happening savants at the hands of the Fab Five,” reads a Netflix a press release.

“This season, these fearless ambassadors of taste are headed to Kansas City to bring their infectious brand of self-love, confidence and encouragement to a whole new roster of heroes.”

The Fab Five are: Antoni Porowski (Food & Wine), Bobby Berk (Interior Design), Jonathan Van Ness (Grooming), Karamo Brown (Culture) and Tan France (Fashion).

Queer Eye‘s official Instagram account announced the global release date for Season 3 of the show with a video, featuring an exclusive audio snippet from Carly Rae Jepsen’s upcoming single “Now That I Found You.”

In October, France shed further details on Season 3 of Queer Eye, explaining that it will see the Fab Five making over a lesbian for the first time.

The show’s fashion expert Tan France revealed the news during an appearance on Netflix’s new show Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj.

While giving Minhaj a makeover, France said: “Did you enjoy Season 1 and 2? Okay, everything that you would’ve liked about [Queer Eye] Season 1 and 2, but amplified.

“It really is so good. They get me every week, like, those heroes get me every week—yeah, it’s the best experience.


“We have our first lesbian on the show this year, yep, and she’s formidable. What we do with her, I think you’re gonna love it.”

It comes after Queer Eye season two saw the Fab Five making over a trans man, 30-year-old Skyler, for the first time.

The second season also saw the Queer Eye cast transform the life of a woman, Tammye, for the first time.

Netflix has yet to confirm how many episodes Queer Eye Season 3 will consist of.

However, the previous two seasons were made up of eight shows each.
