Two men who filmed a gay threesome on a London Underground train have been sentenced.

Gay porn star George Mason, 35, was ordered to pay a £1,000 fine at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday (February 1) and given an 18-month community order.

Nicholas Mullan, 24, was told to pay £140 in costs and a victim surcharge, and received a 12-month community order.

Mullan was not fined because he’s unemployed, a representative for the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) told PinkNews. The third man participating in the gay threesome had his face pixelated in the porn video, and has never been found.

Both Mason and Mullan pleaded guilty last month to one count of outraging public decency.

The gay threesome porn video, which was filmed on February 19 last year, shows the men engaging in masturbation, anal and oral sex as they travel three stops on the Northern Line from Leicester Square to Waterloo station.

The footage was posted on Twitter by @hungyoungbrit, an account associated with Mason, with the description: “Complete on live sex at front of general public on subway train!”

A member of the public reported the tweet to British Transport Police.

Prosecutors said Mullan was identified because of the distinctive tattoos on his arm, while Mason was traced through his Twitter account.

After the sentencing, CPS district crown prosecutor Simon Arloff criticised the men involved in the porn film.

“This was an outrageous and distasteful act within sight of passengers who were travelling on public transport,” he said.

“Mason and Mullan thought they were being sexually risky… but in doing so they showed complete disregard for other passengers on that Northern line train”

“Mason and Mullan thought they were being sexually risky and could earn some money from their stunt, but in doing so they showed complete disregard for other passengers on that Northern line train.

“I hope this prosecution shows that we will continue to work with the British Transport Police to take serious action against those who flout public decency rules,” Arloff added.

Mason previously spoke to BBC Three about his style of adult film, “chav porn,” in a June 2017 interview.

“I’m a chav,” he told the BBC.

“And I’m proud to be who I am. When I think of other gay guys fetishising me, I feel empowered by that. People are fantasising about me because of who I am.”

He said he often produced his porn videos in outdoor locations to provide them with a “rough and ready” feel.
