The state with the smallest self-reported penis length was Delaware, which registered an average of 5.22 inches, according to the statistics.
The east coast state only just took this title ahead of New Mexico, with 5.36 inches, and its neighbour Maryland, which came in at 5.50 inches.

As well as being asked how long their penises were when fully erect, respondents were posed another question: What length do you say your penis is at full erection when asked by potential sexual partners?
On average, people who lied to their prospective lovers about their penis length would add 0.98 inches to their measurement.
