Tyler, The Creator has referenced his sexuality before

Tyler, The Creator has heavily referenced his sexuality through his music, most notably on 2017 album Flower Boy.

On Flower Boy track “Garden Shed,” he raps about a “garden shed for the garçons,” adding: “Truth is, since a youth kid, thought it was a phase / Thought it’d be like the Frank, poof, gone / But, it’s still goin’ on.”

Jaden Smith, who often wears dresses to public events, has previously spoken out to defend his right to wear whatever he wants, though he hasn’t previously spoken about his sexuality.

Smith explained to Nylon: “The world is going to keep bashing me for whatever I do and I’m going to keep not caring.

“I’m going to take most of the blows… so you know, in five years when a kid goes to school wearing a skirt, he won’t get beat up and kids won’t get mad at him. It just doesn’t matter.

“I’m taking the brunt of it so that later on, my kids and the next generations of kids will all think that certain things are normal that weren’t expected before my time.”
