Kevin Spacey accused of sexual assault by masseur
The man in question – who is only referred to as John Doe in the papers to protect his anonymity – has accused Spacey of sexual battery, gender violence, battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.
He alleges that in October 2016, he was called by a man on behalf of Spacey, who asked him to come to a Malibu residence in California for a massage.
The papers, which Deadline.com have shared, go into great detail about the nature of the assault.
After arriving at Spacey’s house in the afternoon, he was directed to an upstairs room where he set up the massage table while Spacey changed.
When Spacey came back into the room, the masseur alleges that he locked the door behind him. When the massage began, he said that he was massaging Spacey’s leg when the actor grabbed his hand and forced it towards his groin.
The papers suggest that Spacey repeated the action again, which led to the masseur questioning his behaviour.
He then alleges that Spacey stood up and came towards him while naked in what he thinks was an attempt to kiss him. He then asked the masseur if he could perform oral sex on him. The masseur responded by saying that their session was over, which prompted Spacey to unlock the door.
The incident was reported to the Los Angeles Police Department, according to the papers.
The latest accusation against the actor comes just a month after another case was handed over to the Los Angeles County District Attorney.

This is the latest in a number of allegations about the Academy Award winning actor. In October 2017, he was accused by actor Anthony Rapp of having made sexual advances towards him when he was just 14 at a party, when Spacey was 26.
Spacey responded to the claims by saying he didn’t remember the incident, but that if it did happen, it was “inappropriate” drunken behaviour, and picked the same moment to come out as gay.
After Rapp’s accusation emerged, others started to follow suit, with filmmaker Tony Montana and actor Roberto Cavazos both saying they had similar bad experiences with Spacey.
There are several cases of assault currently under investigation by police both in the US and the UK against Spacey.
