Rapper Kanye West was the co-creative director of the inaugural Pornhub Awards on Thursday night (September 6), which saw him design a number of phallic-shaped statuettes for award winners.

West and his creative company DONDA designed the show with his collaborator Willo Perron, which was held at the Belasco Theater in Los Angeles.

Dildo-shaped awards were handed to a number of recipients, including winners of top female solo performer and top fetish performer.

“Kanye has designed a bespoke erotica-inspired award statue for each of tonight’s unique categories. In line with the futurist theme, the award statues represent imagined alien sex toys,” a press release for the awards stated.

The ceremony was set in the year 6918. It also featured a naked presenter and large television screens displaying works by US erotic filmmaker Richard Kern.

West also performed at the awards and premiered a music video for his new song “I Love It”—featuring Lil Pump—directed by Spike Jonze.

Other music artists, including Teyana Taylor, Young MA and Dana Dentata played at the event, which was hosted by adult film star Asa Akira.

West was recently given a lifetime premium membership for Pornhub, after he mentioned the pornography streaming giant during an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

Asked about whether having daughters had changed his views towards women generally, West told Kimmel: “Nah, I still look at Pornhub.”

West also posted a photo of the Pornhub Awards on Twitter, adding the caption: “Pornhub awards set in the year 6918.”

He also tweeted images of five new jumpers, available from his online shop, featuring adult film stars like Riley Reid and Mia Malkova.

In April, West lost a number of high-profile social media followers—including LGBT+ celebrities like Troye Sivan—after he posted a series of pro-Trump tweets.

“You don’t have to agree with Trump, but the mob can’t make me not love him,” West wrote on Twitter.

“We are both dragon energy. He is my brother.”

The star also posted a photo of his autographed “Make America Great Again” hat, a trademark of Trump’s 2016 presidential election campaign.
