Model Gigi Gorgeous opens up about pregnancy struggles with fiancée Nats Getty

Model and YouTuber Gigi Gorgeous has opened up about wanting to have a baby with her fiancée Nats Getty.
The 26-year old, who is a trans lesbian, explained that her and Getty had been discussing their options for having children.
“Childbirth and being pregnant is something that I’ve always wanted,” she explained.

The model added: “But for me, being trans, it’s not even a possibility to get pregnant. We know that.
“But it’s still embarrassing to me, and that’s just how I feel. It’s a sensitive subject.”
Explaining that she recognised the struggles that some cisgender women had with getting pregnant, Gorgeous continued: “And to some extent [not being able to get pregnant] makes me feel inferior to women.
“And I’m sure a lot of trans girls can relate. It’s like ‘oh yeah you’re a women, but you’re a transgender woman.’”
She explained her and Getty had recently visited a cryobank, which freezes eggs and sperm.
However, Getty explained that the specialist had assumed that both her and Getty were there to freeze their eggs.
She said that she then had to explain to the doctor that she is trans and wanted to freeze her sperm.

“It was one of the most embarrassing situations I have ever, ever ever, ever had in my entire life,” the star said.
She added: “I felt so awkward and so de-feminised.”
The model continued: “I felt like so much less of a woman than I’m used to feeling in my everyday life and in my f***ing body and soul and brain and heart. It was such a yucky feeling.”
During the video, Gorgeous also revealed that she has not had gender confirmation surgery, which she explained that she had wanted to share with her viewers for a long time.

“I didn’t want to be biased or anything like that. What’s in between your legs is your business,” the star said.
“But for the sake of this video I decided that I finally wanted to share that.”
She added: “Its something that I’ve been hiding and something I’ve wanted to get off my chest for a very long time.”
The model also said: “Another reason I don’t like talking about sex changes is because not every transgender person needs one.”
She continued: “It doesn’t matter because everyone’s transition looks different.”
