Man faces charges for ‘tricking straight men into gay sex’ for porn videos

A Florida man has pleaded not guilty to charges over porn videos of him allegedly ‘tricking’ straight men into gay sex acts.
Bryan Deneumostier, from Homestead, Florida, was arrested on July 17 over the “non-consensual recordings” he is alleged to have filmed and uploaded to pornography site StraightBoyz.
According to the US Department of Justice, Deneumostier is alleged to have posed as a “heterosexual female” to post on anonymous hook-up sites under the username ‘susanleon33326’, targeting straight men.
The men who responded to his messages were reportedly duped into accepting physical sexual advances while usually blindfolded – unaware that they were from a man and without knowledge that they were being recorded.
Investigators believe Deneumostier ran the website, which boasted more than 600 such videos. Although it is no longer in operation, many of its videos are still online via other porn sites.
He faces two counts of illegal interception of oral communications and three counts of record keeping violations.
Appearing in federal court this week, Deneumostier pleaded not guilty.
Deneumostier will remain in custody until trial, after a federal prosecutor said Deneumostier is a danger to the community and should not be permitted bail.
The DOJ alleges: “Deneumostier allegedly recorded his sexual encounters with them, and then caused these videos to be posted on one or more websites. These two allegedly nonconsensual recordings form the basis of the surreptitious-recording charges.
“The indictment further alleges that Deneumostier was a producer of pornography, used performers portrayed in a visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct, and did not ascertain the performers’ identification or age, as required by federal law.”
The BBC reports that Deneumostier has also been charged with unlawful sex with a minor.
The case is ongoing.
