Two female soldiers were subjected to homophobic abused and physically attacked by a mother and her son, according to a police report.

Judy Tucker, 71, was arrested on small battery charges against one of the soldiers, 27-year-old Treasure Sharpe – who is pregnant.

This was after her adult son had called the two US Army Reserve captains “black, lesbian bitches” over a parking disagreement, according to one of the alleged victims, Stephanie Mitchell, 34.

The incident in Bibb County, Georgia, has gone viral, with video posted by witness LaKeycia Ward attracting 2.7 million views on Facebook.

According to Ward, the confrontation began in the parking lot of a Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen restaurant, after the soldiers drove around Tucker’s car as the mother and son backed into a space.

The women were parking in their own space when Tucker’s son came up and told them to “learn how to park” before saying they were “dumb bitches,” according to the report from the arresting deputy Stephen Phipps, The Daily Dot  reported.

Once they were all inside the Cheddar’s, the son approached Sharpe and Mitchell and called them “black, lesbian bitches.”

Mitchell attempted to calm the situation by telling him to stop swearing and calling them names, but the video and deputy’s report shows that after Sharpe got her phone out, Tucker reacted angrily.

The 71-year-old woman said, “Don’t you take a picture of me. You do not have the right to take a picture of me,” while trying to snatch the phone.

Tucker’s son got involved, grabbing Sharpe’s arm and tried to take the phone as Mitchell was putting herself between Sharpe and Tucker.

Sharpe told the mother and son that she was pregnant, but this did not stop the aggression, with the son even asking, “Oh really, by her?” while pointing at Mitchell.

The deputy’s report said that Tucker returned to the women with “rage and force” before “swinging at [Sharpe and] striking her in the face.”

She admitted to hitting one of the women, but said that she only attacked her because “they hurt her hand,” but the report stated that “it was never shown that… [Mitchell or Sharpe] did anything wrong.”

Tucker was arrested and handcuffed outside the restaurant.

The United States Army Reserve Command released a statement confirming that Mitchell and Sharpe were both captains, and had served since 2001 and 2008 respectively.

A Reserve spokesperson said they were aware of the incident, but would not comment on the ongoing police investigation.

Cheddar’s told local NBC station 11Alive that the Tuckers were banned from its establishment.

“We were appalled by the behaviour of the individuals who confronted the two female service members,” the statement said.

“Such behaviour flies in the face of our values and those individuals are no longer welcome in our restaurant.”

Tucker has been released from Bibb County Jail on a $650 bail bond.
