20,000 Republicans just voted for Holocaust denying ex Nazi leader Arthur Jones

The former head of the American Nazi Party has been selected as an official Republican party candidate in this year’s Congressional elections.

Arthur Jones believes the Holocaust was faked – the entirety of his campaign website homepage is dedicated to this view – and says the homosexual agenda should be immediately banned.

Despite the shocking views, 20,339 registered GOP supporters backed him in a Chicago Congressional race.

Jones was selected unopposed, after not one fellow Republican stood against him for the position.

Thousands used their ballots to endorse the former Nazi leader despite warnings to voters from the Anti-Defamation League.

Jones’ campaign website lists his views on everything from abortion and LGBT rights through to term limits for federal judges.

He writes: “The Homosexual/Lesbian/Bi-sexual/Transgender movement is a blatant assault on the Christian based foundation of this country.

“They seek to uproot, and overthrow all the moral teachings of the Christian religion on which all of our laws are based. THEY MUST BE STOPPED NOW.

“The same people that support same-sex marriage or changing ones sex through surgery are also in support of abortion on demand provided by groups such as PLANNED PARENTHOOD.

“This Federally funded organisation should not get one more dollar from our taxes to support their murderous operations.”

The Illinois Republican Party denounced Jones’ campaign earlier this year, saying there is “no place for Nazis like Arthur Jones” in the GOP or the country.

“The Illinois Republican Party and our country have no place for Nazis like Arthur Jones.

“We strongly oppose his racist views and his candidacy for any public office, including the 3rd Congressional District,” Illinois Republican Party Chairman Tim Schneider said previously in a statement.

Jones will face incumbent Democratic Congressman Daniel Lipinski, a social conservative, who narrowly won renomination on Tuesday.

Congressman Lipinski is expected to win the seat safely.
