Bob the Drag Queen is now a comic book hero
Bob the Drag Queen has been transformed into a comic book character and it’s probably the best thing to happen this year.
The Season 8 winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race has been transformed into being even more badass as a superhero, the Kickass Drag Queen.
Bob the Drag Queen teamed up with illustrator Matteo Lane who illustrated the comics, while Bob is the mastermind behind the words.
The first issue of the comic sees Bob as a tired barista who transforms into Kickass Drag Queen to save the day.
A “pocket gay” is surrounded by gym bunnies spouting Grindr-speak.
Kickass then appears and after taking a “deep homosexual breath” he becomes the fabulous hero.
With a few punches of “cher” and “prep” the bullies are gone and the “pocket gay” is saved.
The comics are being shared on Instagram and has received an incredible response so far.
“This is everything,” one person wrote.
Another added: “Loved it! Waiting for the next!”
“This is amazing and I love you for doing this,” someone added.
Many more are calling for Bob to legitimately take on the persona of the Kickass Drag Queen.
“Bob I swear you need to wear this irl,” one person said.
A separate fan wrote: “Goddamn goddamn goddamn print this RN and sell it, make us EAT IT.”
Bob the Drag Queen recently slammed rumours that RuPaul’s Drag Race had copied Lip Sync Battle.
Netflix in Portugal recently got RuPaul’s Drag Race and the translators made an epic hot mess of a mistake when translating some of RuPaul’s infamous catch phrases.
Twitter user, @phi_lipi shared a screen shot of the error which translated “sashay away” to “bye, go home, no one loves you”.
She shared the beautiful pictures on Twitter but was later accused of child abuse for celebrating drag culture.
