The late George Michael’s boyfriend has signed up to social media app Snapchat.

It comes after he posted a string of foul-mouthed and angry messages on Twitter aimed at fans of Michael.

44-year-old Fawaz has had a tumultuous social media presence since the death of the late Wham! star.

He has deleted his Twitter profile on multiple occasions over the seven months since Michael’s sudden death.

Fawaz has repeatedly lashed out at fellow users, as well as penning an emotional poem to his late lover.

He also claimed that he is “starving” and has been left unable to eat following the death.

Now he has joined image sharing site Snapchat.

He is already a regular user of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, regularly posting comments, images and videos about his Freedom singer boyfriend.

Fawaz shared his first Snapchat clip, writing: “My first video on Snapchat”.

The video shows him using a hat and sunglasses filter for around 10 seconds.

According to The Sun, relatives of the singing legend asked Fawaz to vacate the multi-million pound London property they shared so they can put the home up for sale.

“Fadi will be so sad as he loves the Regent’s Park house and it holds so many fond memories spent there with George”, a source told The Sun on Sunday.

“But although the news is devastating he won’t want to make any issue of it with George’s family if that’s what they decide to do.”

The singer’s childhood friend, Andros Georgiou, claims the Michael family “hate him” and he “was not really his boyfriend”.

In a long series of Twitter posts, Fawaz recently told followers the “truth is yet to be revealed” about Michael’s death.
