A man in Florida has displayed abusive messages which “align with President Trump’s views” outside of his house.

Five signs which have been described as “shocking” were put up in the front garden of the man’s home.

They included slurs against the LGBT community, disabled people, Jewish people and other racial minorities.

The four offensive signs were followed by one which read “…great again!”.

One neighbour to the man said: “It’s disgusting. It’s repulsive.”

“I’m absolutely shocked,” another added.

The derogatory signs, which have since been stolen, were displayed by Roland Price.

Price has spoken out against LGBT rights in the past, having done a television interview in 2012.

He said that homosexuality was “rampant” in the interview.

Talking to WFLA, Roland said that the message behind the signs was “self-explanatory”.

He said that the anti-Jewish and anti-LGBT signs were aimed at the former administration.

The “infidel” slur was intended to target minorities which Price believes should not be in the White House.

Meanwhile, the slur against disabled people targeted Hillary Clinton voters.

Price defended himself and his choice to display the signs, citing that his views “aligned with President Donald Trump’s”.

Despite the signs being stolen and neighbours disliking them, Price plans to put them up again.

“If they’re offended, they should move out or come speak to me about it,” he said.

Local LGBT activists have condemned the abusive messages.

Eric Skains, the Executive Director for the Pride Parade in the area said that the community should be celebrating diversity.

“No matter if you’re gay or straight, black, brown, Christian, Muslim, we are all one community, sharing the same space and we should celebrate that,” he said.

Locals hope that the signs will remain gone because city code only permits one freedom of sign permission per resident.
