The puritanical censorship group known as One Million Moms are very upset about gay sex in a new TV show.

The infamous self-appointed TV censors, who despite their name have just 3,743 mostly-male Twitter followers, are very upset about upcoming TNT comedy Claws.

The show, exec-produced by Parks & Rec star Rashida Jones, features staff at a nail salon who enter the world of organised crime.

Claws premieres on TNT on June 12, but One Millions Moms are already upset – circulating a bullet point list of supposed issues with the show.

In its release the group self-censored words including “prostit-tion”, “n-dity” and “p-rn”
One Million Moms are angry

They wrote: “Claws mocks Christianity, insults Catholicism, and ridicules people of faith. This dark show can make believers sick to their stomachs with the blasphemous content.”

The list of supposed issues includes:

“Dark program where Christianity and Catholicism is blasphemed
Prostit-tion ring discussed in front of Girl Scout troop
Raw s-x that surpasses soft p-rn
Nail salon owner’s husband (who wears a rosary) owns strip club
Stripp-rs on pole at funeral in front of priest
N-dity
Homos-xual and l-sbian oral s-x”

The group added: “Your support will help One Million Moms stop this disgraceful new show from entering the American television lineup. If this program airs, then there will likely be copycats on other networks in the near future.”

One Million Moms claims that 11,924 people have signed a petition calling for the show to be dropped.

It says: “I demand that “Claws” be removed from the American television lineup.

“As a concerned citizen, I expect that television networks and advertisers will hold themselves to a high standard of decency, and I do not support such graphic and irresponsible content on television.”

That looked like fun, so we decided to make our own petition.

1MM recently announced it would produce its own homosexual-free cartoon series.

Entertainment giant Disney has come under sustained fire from evangelicals in recent weeks after a surprise gay kiss in a Disney TV series, followed by news of a gay character in live-action remake Beauty and the Beast.

In response, 1MM confirmed their very own, very heterosexual TV show.

They wrote: “Let’s face it… entertainment media has a secular agenda they are forcing on society. This agenda is destructive to families and reaches even into the realm of children’s entertainment.

“For years, One Million Moms has fought this battle on the front lines – working hard to remove offensive programming and the negative influences that flood the airwaves. But that is not enough.”

Announcing their own cartoon series, they said: “1MM in association with American Family Studios is pleased to introduce a brand new family-friendly series ‘Ryan Defrates: Secret Agent’.”

The cartoon series will go straight-to-DVD, having failed to be picked up by any TV network.

It is the second animated venture announced by the 1MM’s parent organisation, the anti-LGBT American Family Association, as they ramp up the ‘culture war’.

We still have flashbacks from the time we sat down and watched the first release from American Family Studios.
