President Donald Trump has revealed after his first 100 days in office tat he thought being the President would have been easier than his old life.

The former business mongrel had never worked in politics before taking on the position in the White House.

Speaking to Reuters, he explained that he “loved” his work before running as the Republican candidate.

However, he thought being President would be easy in comparison to running his billion dollar company.

Trump said: “I loved my previous life. I had so many things going.

“This is more work than in my previous life. I thought it would be easier,” he added.

The President added that he felt like he was living in a “cocoon” because he had to have security protection everywhere he went.

“You’re really into your own little cocoon, because you have such massive protection that you really can’t go anywhere,” he said.

As well as the added protection and responsibilities of his new position, Trump is devastated that he can no longer drive.

“I like to drive,” he said. “I can’t drive any more.”

The interview came just days before he wraps up the first 100 days of his presidency.

Trump and his administration have certainly not been off to a good start, especially when it comes to policies regarding LGBT equality.

Even before entering the office his immediate team was filled out with long-term opponents of LGBT rights, including VP Mike Pence and Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

The President has also reversed protections sent up for transgender children by the Obama administration.

As well as the trans roll backs, funding for HIV/AIDS prevention projects are also suffering cuts.

Probably his most controversial move so far has been imposing the Muslim ban, which prevented people from travelling to the states if they were from a list of seven predominately Muslim countries.

We cannot help but think his job could be a bit easier if he left LGBT people alone.
