A drag restaurant owner has lashed out at President Trump and his supporters after being beaten up.

Mark Zschiesche, 54, says he was “bashed for being gay” in an attack that has left him badly bruised.

Mr Zschiesche co-owns Lips Drag Queen Showplace Restaurant and Bar, in New York, and was left bloodied and had larges bruises on his cheek and eye.

The alleged attack happened in San Diego, California during the early hours of the morning, when a stranger approached him.

He said this was the first time in his life he’d been attacked because of his sexuality.

In an emotional video posted online, he breaks down in tears as he describes the attack.

He says he was called an anti-gay slur before being beaten up.

Look at what happened to me… I am 54 years OLD and this has never ever happened to ME..
I blame TRUMP ….and those who support him..

“Someone hit me in the face because I’m gay and I have never ever in my entire life experienced this,” Zschiesche said.

“I blame this on Trump and all of you that supported him,’ he said repeatedly.”

Trump this week confirmed he is keeping Obama’s LGBT envoy, in a surprise move.
