Troll who bullied Katie Price’s son, asked to ‘hang gays’ grovels in apology after losing job
An internet troll who was exposed by Katie Price for bullying her son online, and who asked “can we hang the gays?” has issued a grovelling apology after losing his job.
The troll, Mark Williams, had posted abusive comments and talked of hanging gay people, and has since deleted more than 3,000 tweets, after losing his job.
Williams said he hoped Harvey, the son of Katie Price, would “choke on some sweets”.
He also edited a photo of the 14-year-old onto a packet of Haribo sweets in an abusive post.

Williams has also previously tweeted his support for convicted paedophile footballer, Adam Johnson and asked: “Can we hang the gays?”
When confronted by the The Sun newspaper, Williams shrugged his shoulders and said “I’m not interested.”
He did, however, say he was sorry if he upset Harvey but he didn’t think Price would read the tweets.
He has now issued a long apology, stating that he lost his job in RT Windows in Stockton upon Tees.
In the apology, Williams says: “I’d like to sincerely apologise first of all to Katie Price, Harvey and their family for the immature and thoughtless comments I have made.
“Secondly for those who know me, close friends and family, I would like to apologise for the shame I have brought to you all.
“To everyone who I have upset and angered with my comments please know this is not how I truly feel, the comments were thoughtless and I realise I showed no consideration for anyone else’s feelings and deeply regret my actions.”
Continuing: “This has led to me losing my job which I have always been fully dedicated to and deeply saddened to no longer be a part of the team.
“I don’t condone bullying and I never thought, for one moment, my tasteless comments would cause so much hurt and anger.
“These type of comments, and sick humour is widespread within social media and I felt I was just simply jumping on the bandwagon. I never thought for one moment the comments would be seen and taken so literally as the majority of the comments and pictures were ones I had just re-shared.
“I am deeply disappointed and ashamed of my actions and it is only now I realise that my actions truly are unacceptable.
“Lastly, I would like to ask everyone to give my family and friends the privacy they deserve as this has nothing to do with them and they in turn don’t deserve to be the victims of bullying.”
Police have said they did not receive a police complaint over the tweets.
Price is the former wife Alex Reid, who identifies as transgender.
The glamour model recently made comments that Reid claimed as transphobic.
Reid said: “Her ridiculing me is inciting prejudice and hate against trans people.”
“The sniggering and coquettish giggling actually upset me more for those facing ridicule every day – perhaps going through transition – as it somehow became a joke, something to be laughed at and made fun of.”
