Chat show host Ellen DeGeneres has had a thing or two to say about President Trump’s movie choices.

On Sunday afternoon, its reported that the president had his first official White House movie screening.

He watched the blockbuster sequel Finding Dory, presumably at the request of his 10-year-old son.

Finding Dory is a pretty ironic story for the POTUS to be watching given the executive order he signed in – putting stringent limitations on immigration from seven countries.

The president has been criticised by LGBT groups for his refugee ban.

And Ellen had one or two things to say about the news.

She said that she doesn’t get political – but was keen to explain the point of Finding Dory.

The previous president, Barack Obama, awarded Ellen the Presidential Medal of Freedom in an emotional ceremony shortly before leaving office.
