Kodak has released a short film about the power of love and acceptance – and it’s got us in tears.

The camera company commissioned the epic video, titled ‘Understanding’, from director Terry Rayment.

Shot using traditional 35mm film, the cinematic short stars Adam Harper and Jaz Goodreau as a father and son.

With no dialogue, the video tells a story of acceptance, as the teen’s little sister discovers him kissing another boy.

At first, it appears the teen’s dad is simply ignoring the discovery – but he makes a powerful gesture of acceptance.

Check out the clip above.

The company says the clip “poignantly depicts the transformational power of love and happiness”.
