X Factor flop Steve Brookstein calls viewers ‘perverts’ and ‘gay mafia’
Failed X Factor winner Steve Brookstein has called the show’s viewers “perverts, divs, gay mafia and Zionists”.
Brookstein started the row shortly after Matt Terry was declared winner of the 2016 series, beating LGBT contestant Saara Alto.
The series one winner, who has a fraction of the Twitter followers of this year’s finalists, has angered fans with the comments.
But Twitter users mainly made fun of the flop artist.
His last single to chart, Fighting Butterflies, charted at 193.
