Jonas Brother and DNCE star Joe Jonas has revealed which “older, mature” actor he’d like to play his gay lover.

In a new interview, Joe reveals that he wants an older gay on-screen lover. He may just be trying to keep up with brother Nick, who has played gay several times.

“I’d say for sure Daniel Craig. I think Matthew McConaughey is a hunk of a man,” Joe says in the interview with Pridesource.

“I’d have to go with George Clooney.”

Jonas last week revealed he receives “straight nudity” and pictures of “you-know-what” on social networking sites.

The 27-year-old singer said he’s been getting direct messages regularly since beefing up, and just has to “find something good in it – or laugh, depending on what it is.”

He told PrideSource that many now assume he’s gay, including paparazzi who regularly chase him down with the question – but it’s not an issue.

“I don’t have an issue with it. I think it’s a compliment,” he said.

“I have a lot of gay fans. It’s not like it bothers me. Some people handle it differently, but at the end of the day, I’m cool with it and think it’s kind of funny.”

Some of the rumours may come from his Instagram account, where he shares shots of his life with more than five million followers.

The singer also revealed his reaction to Donald Trump’s election, saying he was “bummed” at the result.

“Now, it’s time to come together, and there’s going to be some positive things hopefully. It may suck, but I love this country and I think that’s what it’s about.”
