Boxing rival compares homophobic Tyson Fury to Adolf Hitler

Wladimir Klitschko also claimed his opponent was an ‘imbecile’ and ‘mentally sick’.

Heavyweight boxing champ Tyson Fury was controversially nominated for the BBC’s Sports ‘Personality’ award last year – despite claiming that homosexuality and paedophilia will bring about the apocalypse.

The boxer has simultaneously stood by his comments and denied being homophobic – while also claiming that sex with children was legalised by a fictional ‘Gay Rights Act 1977‘.

His longtime rival Wladimir Klitschko – who previously told fury to “f**k off” at a press conference – has once again hit out Fury, before comparing him to Adolf Hitler.

His comments come after Fury’s latest outburst last month – during which he criticised women, the LGBT community and Jewish people.

“I’m a fighting guy who can’t hold his mouth on certain things,” Klitschko said.

“I was in shock at his statements about women, the gay community, and when he got to the Jewish people he sounded like Hitler.

“The man is an imbecile. Seriously.”

Klitschko also said he thinks that his rival does not deserve his status as a role model and representative of the sport.

“You cannot put it all together as a representation of the sport of boxing.

“We cannot have a champion like that.

“Either he needs to be shut up or shut down in the ring, or just suspended, because you cannot create more hate.”

“He’s an imbecile champion. It puts the world of boxing in the wrong spot.”

“All the stupidity that comes out of his mouth.”

“Especially in this crazy world when we can see all that’s going on, we don’t need someone having this stage and bringing hate to Jewish people, I can’t accept that.

“As I said, he sounds like Hitler. I cannot accept it and I don’t accept. The man is probably mentally sick.”

The Ukrainian challenger to Fury’s title made the comments prior to a July 9 rematch between the pair.
