The host of this year’s contest stripped during the second semi finals of the Eurovision song contest last night.

The move was no doubt inspired by Belarus’ performance – which features a video of a naked man and a wolf.

Måns Zelmerlöw – who was unveiled as a the contest’s presenter in December – snuck onto the stage behind his co-host Petra Mede, with just a carefully placed stuffed wolf retaining his dignity.

This isn’t the first time the singer – who won the competition this year – has stripped off.

He posed naked for GT (Gay Times) magazine last year, as he pledged his support for the charity Prostate Cancer UK.

The singer caused controversy in Sweden in 2014 – after claiming that gay sex is unnatural on a celebrity cooking show.

Mr Zelmerlöw stunned other guests into silence by calling homosexuality abnormal, claiming  “it isn’t equally natural for men to want to sleep with one another”.

However, he later apologised extensively for his comments and began working closely with Swedish LGBT support groups.

The camp music contest takes place this week, with 42 countries from across Europe and beyond set to take part in Stockholm.

Ahead of Saturday’s Grand Final, organisers unveiled their plans for the interval act: music legend Justin Timberlake, who will debut his new single ‘Can’t Stop The Feeling!’.

Sven Stojanovic, Show Producer of the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity, we are very happy and excited that Justin Timberlake will perform his new song together with his band in our show.

“It makes it extra special that the Swedish songwriters Max Martin and Shellback have co-written and co-produced the song together with Justin Timberlake.”

The show will also air in the United States this year for the first time.
