Kanye West has apparently asked to have a piece of street art featuring him locked in a gay kiss with… himself removed from a wall in Sydney.

According to the Telegraph, the Australian artist, Scott Marsh, suggested he would paint over the mural for £69,000.

He painted the 20-foot design earlier this month, an based it on an image of the rap star locked in a passionate kiss with himself.

Marsh originally tweeted a picture of the art with the hashtag ‘#kanyeloveskanye’.

The original image was based on an image of West kissing his wife Kim Kardashian.

Marsh said he was contacted by the artist’s management, and urged to clear up the wall for a “pretty decent chunk of money”.

He told ABC Radio that he had suggested the amount offered, if West were open to buying a print of the mural which he has actually painted over already.

“It’s an open invitation to Kanye. If he buys that print then I’ll paint over the mural,” he said.

Marsh has said he is unsure whether the correspondence purportedly from West’s management was genuine.

The City of Sydney has also instructed the owner of a bar adjacent to remove the mural, after a local resident complained.

Genderfluid actor Ruby Rose said earlier this year that Kanye has crossed to many lines recently, after his latest attack on Taylor Swift.

Twitter also reacted hilariously to Kanye West denying he enjoys ‘butt play.’

West also said he thinks he “got discriminated” against in the fashion industry… because he is straight.
