These slightly strange videos explain consent perfectly (VIDEO)
A series of videos has been released which hopes to explain consent, and its importance, in the simplest way possible.
The videos from Project Consent, feature genitals and hands in a number of situations.
Without dialogue, the mainly SFW videos aim to show that: “Some people think the issue of sexual consent is complicated. We think it’s pretty simple. If it’s not yes, it’s no.”
They feature a penis, a vagina, an anus, a hand and a breast.
The videos show that, even if someone is laughing or dancing with someone, it doesn’t constitute consent for sex.
The videos carry a very serious message about consent: “If it’s not yes, it’s no”.
They feature the characters ‘Penis’, ‘Vagina’, ‘Butt’, ‘Boob’, and ‘Hand’, with a view to making consent understandable to people of all ages.
