Olympic skier Gus Kenworthy has recently come out as gay, but he has already got a list of things he is sick of hearing.

In the new video the skier teamed up with Phillip Picardi from Teen Vogue to explain the worst things you can ever say to a gay man.

“You don’t really seem gay”, “are you sure you’re gay?” and “you’re my gay best friend” are just some of the cliches the pair slay.

The video was produced by Teen Vogue, whom Kenworthy also went into more detail with about his sexuality in another video.

“I have had like, the grossest messages. Boys are bad!” Kenworthy told Teen Vogue.

“For me the best thing about being openly gay is not having to be ashamed of anything or worrying about people finding out anything or worry about what I am going to say.”

Kenworthy hasn’t been above making mistakes himself as he has recently apologised for donning a culturally insensitive halloween costume.

YouTuber and trans activist Lewis Hancox has also been educating people in a video that dispels the most popular myths about transgender people.
