Website claims Charlie Sheen is bisexual less than a week after he confirms HIV status

The actor has been accused of making a gay, drug-fuelled sex tape.

Two and a Half Men actor Charlie Sheen last week disclosed he is living with HIV – after being named by a number of tabloids.

The actor revealed he had been forced to pay millions to blackmailers and others who hoped to prosper from his condition, but that going public would allow him to “take back my freedom.”

However, rather than allowing the actor to get on with his life, some media outlets seem intent on unearthing even more “juicy gossip” following his admission.

RadarOnline.com claims to have obtained a clip – filmed in Las Vegas four years ago  – which shows Sheen “smoking a crack pipe before engaging gay oral sex.”

The site says it obtained the clip “as part of our investigation into the controversy engulfing Sheen.”

The article – written by a nameless member of the ‘Radar Team’ – claims the sex tape was at the centre of a multi-million dollar lawsuit involving an “A-list celebrity,” which it says was Sheen.

The suit alleges the “A-List star” – who is yet to be confirmed as the actor, despite other reports claiming otherwise – “entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure Plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires.”

The men then “watched porn and engaged in mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and (unprotected) intercourse.”

The plaintiff sued after he allegedly caught herpes from the star in question, who had said he had “no venereal diseases.”

The case was apparently settled out of court, with ‘Sheen’ destroying all copies of the tape.

However, a lawyer involved with the suit has dismissed the claims.

“The alleged video that you purportedly reviewed has nothing to do with the above referenced lawsuit which was filed and subsequently dismissed more than five years ago,” said Kevin Davies.

“Though there was video evidence involved in the aforementioned case, that video evidence did not come close to portraying what you have described.

“Furthermore there was but one copy of that case related video evidence. That sole copy of the video evidence was irretrievably destroyed,” he added.

Sheen’s HIV status was unwillingly disclosed this month, after the Sun newspaper ran a disgusting story about an unnamed “womanising” actor with HIV, titled “Hollywood HIV panic”.

The article was heavily criticised by HIV campaign groups and charities.
